Meet the Owners and Director

My name is Stacey Bertrand-McIntosh. My husband Darren and I opened up tot spot academy in 2022 and just opened Tot Spot Arnold in May of 2025. I have been working in Early Childhood Education and Child Development for over 23 years.

Assistant Director

My name is Cindy! I owed Here We Grow Childcare Learning Center for 10 years, I joined Tot Spot Arnold in May 2025, where I’m excited to eventually move into the Director role. I have over 25 years of childcare, with a special love for Pre-K!

Administrative Director

This is Michaela! She has graduated from Semo with her Early Childhood degree. Michaela has been here since we have opened! she loves seeing the kids grow and learn new things!
